About Us

My wife and business partner, Whitney and I, work with buyers, sellers, and investors in Sebring, Lake Placid, Avon Park, and Highlands County. We specialize in single-family homes, condos, luxury homes, lakefront properties, and new construction properties for primary, vacation, and investment. 

We settled in Highlands County years ago and fell in love with the unique combination of a small-town atmosphere with many suburban conveniences. I love fishing in the area’s 100 lakes as a two-time tournament-winning angler. This allows me unique knowledge to help my clients learn more about areas many locals aren’t familiar with, which offer waterfront properties. In addition, there are many opportunities for primary and secondary homes for vacation and investment.

Sebring has festivals, wine bars, coffee shops, and events like 12 hours of racing. It also has championship golf courses and many private and commercial aviation options, including private jets. It also has lots of restaurants. Meanwhile, Lake Placid was named America’s Most Interesting Town in 2013 by Reader’s Digest. It’s famous for its 47 murals and being the world’s biggest grower of Caladium bulbs. Then there’s Avon Park, which started 120 years ago. It’s famous for its “main street,” which is a mile of covered shops, and for being the home of South Florida State College.
